Our committee strives to stay abridged on current events at CCU and will use this website to notify residents of important changes, meetings, and forums. CCU recently hired a new director of community engagement, Jenna Hallock, who is dedicated to helping CCU and our residents work together. As your neighborhood association, our volunteers are dedicated to addressing your concerns in our neighborhood. Many residents of MLCA have struggled with living so close to the Colorado Christian University. We receive many complaints about noise, parking, construction, and the expansion of CCU into our neighborhood.

In the past, MLCA has been at the forefront of this issue, attending city council meetings and pushing for legal action to mitigate these concerns. Currently, MLCA is trying to focus our limited volunteers and resources on community building events and projects. However, we realize that the activities at CCU are still a concern for many in our neighborhood. To address this, we've formed a CCU mediation committee to help our residents get connected with the appropriate individuals at CCU to address their concerns.
